Childcare services

First, we no longer have an in-house Child Care Specialist, but you can still receive childcare services. The Livonia Childcare Development Center at (734) 953-6655 provides excellent childcare services. But if you are looking for child care in your community, then call the Child Care Network services at (800) 424-2246. If you are looking for help for your elderly family member, the new community number is (800) 677-1116 for help with Elder Care.

Rehab Center

For our active employees, we ask that you continue to use your in-house medical Rehab Center . Whether you are injured at home or on the job, the Rehab Center is there to service your needs with physical therapy under the directorship of Scott Sherry. They can be reached at (734) 484-9591

CDR Counselor 

For our members who are having personal problems, financial, martial, substance abuse or any other kind of problems, feel free to call our CDR Counselor, Sande Bronsberg, at the Ann Arbor office at (734) 622-0018 or our 800 number (550-7200) for a location near you.

We encourage you to use your entire ESSP program; if we don’t, we may look around and wonder what happened to all of our benefits that we have enjoyed since 1984.
