plant has the largest Die Cast facility in the Southeast
Michigan area. This
facility consists of hot metal forming dies that produce our
throttle body, front & rear alternator and wiper housings. |

| Stamping
| Our
Stamping area has presses that range from 70 to 250 tons that
produce various components for our alternator and air/fuel
charging products. |
| Screw
Machining
| Our
Screw Machining area uses raw rolled steel which is formed into
various sizes of shafts and small parts to be used on our
Air/fuel products. |

Injectors

The D4
Injector is produced on an automated assembly line within a “clean
room environment” which ensures product consistency.
Component parts are produced with “state of the art”
machining and grinding equipment.
We currently have an annual production of six million
injectors and will increase production to ten million injectors
in 2001. |
| Alternators
| Alternator assembly areas
manufacture 3rd, 4th and 6th generation Alternators. There are nine separate sub-assembly areas that machine
housings and shafts, assemble and wind rotors and
stators. These lines then feed their products to the final assembly
line which produces a finished
product. |

| Fuel Pumps
The Rawsonville Plant has been
manufacturing Fuel Pumps since 1985 and currently
produces over four million units per year.
We have both a high volume fully automated
process and a lean manufacturing cell for small volume
applications.
The armatures for the pumps are made in house and all
vehicles are built in a “clean room environment“.
Our Fuel Pumps are used on all types of Ford, Jaguar and
Aston Martin vehicles. Fuel
flow ranges from 80-200 liters per hour.

Wiper Motors have been assembled at the
Rawsonville Plant since 1968.
Our newest model, the F-Wiper, is a 6th
generation motor that is more efficient, powerful, quiet and
smaller than its predecessors.
